What is Kantoko?
Kantoko ADHD provides specialist ADHD Diagnosis and Management for patients in NSW, VIC, QLD, TAS, and SA (limited availability). We're exclusively Telehealth. Our Psychiatrists & Clinicians are highly experienced in ADHD.
Referral Instructions
Who to Address:
Address referrals to "Dear Psychiatrist". Named referral is not required. Include the GP's provider number.

Helpful Patient Information
Please include the following details in your referral:
- Patient medical and mental health history
- Current and past medications
- Family history of physical and mental health conditions
- Observations: Pulse, Blood Pressure, Weight
Required Tests
The following tests should be completed prior to appointment:
- Blood Pressure
- Pulse
- Weight
- ECG
- Bloods - FBC, EUC, LFT, TFT, B12/Folate, Iron

Test Prioritisation
Inclusion of the results from these tests will help prioritise your patient. Completing these early will help speed up the process.
Recent Tests
If you have done any of these tests in the last 3 months and can send through, there is no need to repeat.
Timing
For most patients, we will require ECG & Bloods to be completed prior to the initial appointment or within the first 2 weeks.

Does Kantoko ADHD accept all referrals?
No. Not all patients are suitable for our platform. For complex patients with multiple conditions, we recommend a referral to an alternate clinic.
What details should I include?
Please include as much detail as possible, including any medications, heart conditions, blood pressure, patient history or mental conditions, family history of mental conditions.
Do you offer 291 Assessments?
No.
