Clear pricing for assessment and ongoing care

ADHD care often continues beyond an initial assessment. A monthly subscription keeps the cost predictable and gives you ongoing access to your care, requests, records and tools.

Kantoko was founded by someone with ADHD and designed around how ADHD shows up in real life. One monthly payment. One place for your care. One less thing to keep track of.

The subscription pays for access to ongoing care, not for a particular assessment outcome.

No. Your first monthly platform fee is $200, followed by $100 per month.

The fee provides ongoing access to Kantoko, including the initial assessment process, standard appointments included in the plan, care requests and platform tools. Additional or extended appointments can be arranged when needed and may have a separate fee.

If your assessment does not lead to ongoing care with Kantoko, your monthly subscription will be cancelled, no further monthly payments will be required and the onboarding fee will be waived.

Your care continues at $100 per month. You keep the same platform access, included standard appointments, requests, records, tracking tools, resources and care-team support.

Kantoko's monthly platform fee is not eligible for a Medicare rebate, and you need a valid Medicare card to access Kantoko. Some additional activities outside the subscription may be eligible for Medicare and, where possible, will be bulk billed.

Your GP's usual fees and any Medicare rebates may also apply to your referral appointment and routine tests.

A few costs may sit outside the monthly platform fee:

• Medication: If medication is prescribed, you pay your pharmacy directly.
• GP visits: Your referral and routine tests are arranged through your own GP, so their usual fees and any Medicare rebates apply.
• Additional, extended or missed appointments: A separate fee may apply in these situations.
• Optional formal records or letters: Your self-assessments, uploaded documents and available letters are accessible through your profile at no charge. A fee only applies to certain additional formal requests.
