MBBS, FRACGP
Clinical Focus & Expertise
Dr Debbie Anandakumar is a GP with a special interest in mental health, women’s health, and caring for underserved communities — including Indigenous and refugee populations. Drawing on her experience in rural general practice and community-based care, she brings a broad, compassionate lens to ADHD and holistic health, with a particular focus on how gender, culture, and social context shape each patient’s experience.
Why Kantoko?
Dr Anandakumar joined Kantoko to be part of a team rethinking mental health care — one that values lived experience, long-term relationships, and culturally safe support. She’s particularly passionate about creating space for patients who’ve felt overlooked or misunderstood, and ensuring that ADHD care reflects the diversity of people’s lives and backgrounds.
